Soft Joyce

Ffynnon Wen farm began in 2021 when harriet cooke purchased a secondhand milking parlour and a small flock of dairy sheep.

Soft Joyce has a bloomy rind and is washed in a local cider half way through the ageing process.
The cheese has a sweet, earthy and honest flavour usually with a luxuriously light texture.

However we asks for ours to be aged a little longer and it takes on a gooey velveteen texture and ampliifies those rich and earthy flavours.

Truely a very special cheese from a very special maker.
